What PerspectiveProxy.verifyFlowReceipt learned — a THREE-way answer,
not a boolean, and collapsing it to one is the classic mistake:
"verified"— the carried material re-derives the claim;"rejected"— the material was checked and does not hold up;"undecidable"— this replica cannot decide (it lacks the flow definition, or holds a different one). Refuse to act on it exactly as on"rejected", but do NOT treat it as evidence against the receipt or its minter — sync the definition and ask again.
